This masterclass provides communication leaders and their teams with the tools to engage with strategic business planning and to develop a strategic plan framework for the communication function.

It is run in three modes:

• Facilitated small group peer workshops so leaders can learn from peers in other organisations. Participants are selected and matched for consistency and non-conflict of interest.
• In-house team workshop for communication functions
• As a guided 1:1 coaching process
